Welcome. I'm Dr. Abigail Alt

I'm an internal medicine physician who has spent years watching smart, capable women in midlife get dismissed, misled, and overwhelmed — by their doctors, by the wellness industry, and by the sheer volume of conflicting information out there.

I built Women's Vitality Compass because you deserve something better. Evidence-based, women-centered, and honest about what we actually know — and what we don't.

We are not chasing optimization here. We are not outsourcing authority over your body or your life. We are building the ability to think clearly, notice patterns, and choose supports that actually align with your values and your physiology.
