Many women move through midlife feeling that something is off, even when they are still functioning, still showing up, and still accomplishing what needs to get done. This inventory is a place to pause and look more honestly at the bigger picture.
The Women’s Vitality Assessment is designed to help you take a clear, structured snapshot of where you are right now across four essential domains: physical, mental and emotional, social, and spiritual or purpose-centered well-being. It is not a diagnostic tool, and it is not about judging yourself. It is a starting point for awareness. Before you can move toward meaningful change, you need a clearer sense of what is supporting your vitality, what may be draining it, and where your attention is most needed.
How to Take the Inventory
Set aside a few quiet minutes and move through each statement slowly. For each item, choose the response that feels most true for you right now, based on your life over the past several weeks. Try not to answer based on who you think you should be, or who you were in another season of life. Answer from the most honest place you can.
Use the inventory as a reflection tool, not a test. There are no perfect scores here. The goal is not to perform well. The goal is to gain insight. Once you finish, notice which domains feel steady and which feel more depleted. That awareness can help you identify the most important place to begin.
